A Drivers' Briefing by the Race Director will take place before the first free practice session. All drivers entered in the Event, and their Team Manager (or the official representative of the team), must be present throughout the Briefing.
Another briefing for Team Managers will held immediately after the Drivers' Briefing. Team Managers' presence is mandatory.
If another briefing is necessary, it will be held at a time and place defined by the Race Director in agreement with the Stewards of the Meeting.
