Racing Force Group signs partnership deal with FIA WEC and 24 Hours of Le Mans
OMP is now the exclusive supplier of firesuits and safety equipment for track and medical staff for the FIA WEC.
The Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO), Le Mans Endurance Management (LMEM) and Racing Force Group are delighted to announce the signature of a multi-year partnership agreement for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) and the European Le Mans Series (ELMS).
From the 2023 season, OMP – a Racing Force Group brand – will supply firesuits and safety equipment to the ACO and LMEM to protect their marshals, safety car drivers, members of the medical teams, TV production and communication staff, and security personnel.
The FIA WEC, now in its 11th season, is the world’s premier international sportscar championship. The WEC offers manufacturers real-world relevance for advances in road car design and crossover technology, performance and safety.
The 24 Hours of Le Mans – widely considered to be the world’s greatest endurance race – has just celebrated its centenary, attracting over 325,000 spectators to the festivities. Visitors could admire and acquire Racing Force Group products in the fan zone at the heart of the 24 Hours of Le Mans village.
