Bahrain countdown: two weeks to go!

In only two weeks’ time, the FIA WEC will return to the Middle East for the Bapco 8 Hours of Bahrain (12-14 December).

Alongside the 31 cars competing in the WEC’s LMP1, LMP2, LMGTE Pro and LMGTE Am classes - there will be further race action out on track including the Porsche Sprint Challenge Middle East and the MRF Challenge.

The Porsche Sprint Challenge Middle East is the region’s most successful one-make GT series and will be staging its season-opener at the Bahrain International Circuit on the same weekend as the WEC.

The MRF Challenge, meanwhile, is India’s only FIA-inscribed championship and one of Asia’s premier single-seater competitions. It will be staging the second of three rounds in 2019/2020 in support of the WEC.

Away from the track, there is a host of other entertainment planned from 12-15 December, click HERE to read more.

Tickets for the event are priced at only 1 Bahraini dollar.  Further ticketing information can be found HERE.
