Action-packed entertainment schedule planned for Bahrain

A host of entertainment will be on offer for those attending this year’s Bapco 8 Hours of Bahrain, which is open to the public from 13 -16 December. The ticket price for the event is just 1 Bahraini Dinar per day for paddock and grandstand access.

The four-day festival, which forms part of the Bahrain National Day festivities, will include a variety of cultural shows and music concerts including famous Emirati singer Balqees plus performances from Iraq’s Mohd Salem and Kuwaiti singers Isa Al Marzooq and Abdallah Ruwaished.

There will also be car and motorbike stunt shows from the likes of UK’s Terry Grant, holder of multiple world records including having completed the most doughnuts standing on the roof of a car. There will also be performances from another world-record breaking stunt team – the Stannage International Stunt Show, which will include various motorbike and quad stunts.

Elsewhere, there will be a live pirate stunt show as well as roaming entertainment from Sparks LED drummers, a mariachi band, Chinese Lion Dance entertainment and Black Angels.  The circuit’s famous National Day celebration fireworks show will also run throughout 14-16 December.  Furthermore, the National Guard parachute jump team will also be taking part.

For the kids, there will be a larger kids’ zone with multiple rides, and a full entertainment stage. 

Finally, there will be various food vendors and markets with a selection of cuisines from traditional dishes, live cooking stations and fast food chains.  The market will also be part of the 2019 National Day Festival.
