ARTICLE 1 – SWEEPSTAKES ORGANIZATION
The company LE MANS ENDURANCE MANAGEMENT, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000,000, whose registered office is located at CIRCUIT DES 24 HEURES, F-72019 LE MANS CEDEX 2, registered with the Le Mans Trade and Companies Register under number 451 336 184 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") and represented by Frédéric Lequien, in his capacity as CEO, is organizing a free sweepstakes without any obligation to purchase from September 7, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CET to September 28, 2026 at 11:00 p.m. CET, entitled "WEC – Race Experience Survey – Lone Star Le Mans" (hereinafter referred to as the "Sweepstakes"), according to the terms described in these Official Rules.
The Sweepstakes is subject to the French regulations applicable to promotional lotteries, particularly as set out in Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code.
ARTICLE 2 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFICIAL RULES
Each participant declares that he/she has read these Official Rules. Participation in the Sweepstakes implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules, which are accessible and available on the website https://survey.alchemer.eu/s3/91171392/FIA-WEC-Race-Experience-Survey-Lone-Star-Le-Mans-2026 for the entire duration of the Sweepstakes.
Any participant who violates one or more provisions of these Official Rules will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and/or will lose any prize they may have won.
ARTICLE 3 – SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes has a limited duration and will begin and go online on Monday, September 7, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. (hereinafter referred to as the "Sweepstakes Opening Date") and will close on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 11:00 p.m. (hereinafter referred to as the "Sweepstakes Closing Date"), based on French metropolitan local date and time of connection.
The Sweepstakes will be online from the Sweepstakes Opening Date until the Sweepstakes Closing Date.
ARTICLE 4 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Participation in the Sweepstakes is free and without any obligation to purchase. It is therefore not conditioned upon any purchase or payment by the participant. The participant will not be required to pay anything beyond the unavoidable cost of connecting to the website (standard internet access).

ARTICLE 5 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION – REGISTRATION FORMALITIES
This Sweepstakes is a random draw taking place exclusively on the Internet at the following URL:

during the dates indicated in Article 1.
The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons over the age of 18 who have access (via fixed or mobile connection) to the Internet network, have a valid personal email address, and reside anywhere in the world, except for employees of the Organizer and their families, as well as any individuals who directly or indirectly contributed to the design, organization, execution, and/or management of the Sweepstakes.
No purchase is necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes.
In order to participate in the Sweepstakes and the prize random draw, the participant must, between September 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and September 28, 2026, at 11:00 p.m., based on French metropolitan local date and time of connection:

expressly indicate that he/she wishes to be entered into the prize random draw and provide all required information via the survey in order to enter the prize random draw.
Completion of the survey does not automatically constitute entry into the prize random draw. Participants may choose whether or not to enter the prize random draw.
Each winner will be selected randomly by an independent third party (via a random draw carried out by the company Two Circles Limited).
Participation in the Sweepstakes is subject to strict compliance with the steps described above and to the registration of the participant's entry before September 28, 2026, at 11:00 p.m., based on French metropolitan local date and time of connection.
Only one participation per person (same first name, last name, and email address) is allowed during the entire validity period of the Sweepstakes.
Only one unique email address per participant will be accepted for the Sweepstakes. Participants are strictly forbidden from using third-party email addresses to participate.
If it is found that a participant has submitted multiple entries for the same person, only the first entry will be validated and taken into account as part of the Sweepstakes, and the others will be considered void.
Entries will be recorded continuously throughout the Sweepstakes period. Only the exact time (hour/minute/second) of the participant’s submission recorded on the Sweepstakes’ dedicated server, hosted by a service provider selected by the Organizer, will prevail and be considered valid.
Any method of participation other than the ones expressly provided for in these Official Rules is excluded. Any participation submitted in a form other than that provided herein will not be considered and will be deemed void.

ARTICLE 6 – SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
The winner of each prize will be selected by a random draw. The draw will be conducted as follows:
The draw will take place no later than October 26, 2026, based on all participants who have entered the Sweepstakes, i.e. all individuals who have completed and validated the questionnaire, expressly indicated that they wish to enter the prize random draw, and provided all the required information as outlined in Article 5 of these Official Rules, and whose entries comply with the terms of these Official Rules.
The results of the draw will determine the 8 winners, who will receive the prizes as described in Article 7 of these Official Rules, after verifying that all participation criteria and the terms of these Official Rules have been met.
Each winner will be personally and directly contacted by email by the Organizer no later than fifteen (15) days following the draw, in order to send or confirm the prize.
The winner will then have a maximum of fifteen (15) days from the date of the Organizer’s message to respond.
If the winner does not respond within the above-mentioned period, for any reason whatsoever, or if the contact details are incorrect or invalid, or if the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize for any reason, the winner will lose all rights to the prize and will not be entitled to any compensation or substitute.
ARTICLE 7 – PRIZES
The draw will determine the winner of each prize in the order of selection, as follows (each winner receives one prize only):

4th person drawn: two (2) Ground Passes + Paddock pass with Garage Tour (unit value: $189,50)
5th person drawn: two (2) Ground Passes + Paddock pass (unit value: $189,50)
6th person drawn: two (2) Ground Passes + Paddock pass (unit value: $189,50)
7th person drawn: two (2) Ground Passes (unit value: $89,50)
8th person drawn: two (2) Ground Passes (unit value: $89,50)
The following expenses are not included in the above-mentioned prizes:
round trip travel costs from the winner’s and/or his/her guest’s home to the circuit(s), regardless of the mode of transportation;
parking fees;
meals and drinks;
personal expenses.
If the prize is used by a child, he/she will be entitled to the rights associated with the prize. However, no reimbursement will be made for the price difference between an adult ticket and a child ticket.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the age of any winner before awarding the prize.
Prizes are nominal and non-transferable. It is strictly prohibited to sell or exchange the prizes.
Prizes will not be awarded in any form other than that specified in these Official Rules. They are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
No cash alternative will be provided in exchange for the prizes won.
The Organizer cannot be held liable for the use, non-use, or resale of the prizes by the winners.
The conditions for sending the prizes are managed by the entity in charge of their delivery and security, and the Organizer will not be held responsible. Similarly, the use and enjoyment of the prizes are subject to the applicable terms of use, which winners must accept.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the date of prize use, in particular for operational constraints, without incurring any liability whatsoever as a result of this.
In case of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prizes with others of equal nature and value, with no compensation of any kind owed to the winners.
If a winner cannot or does not wish to accept the prize, whatever the reason, or in general waives the prize, he/she will forfeit all rights to it and will not be able to claim any form of compensation as a result of this.
Prizes will be sent by email in the form of QR codes or vouchers to the email address provided by the winners to the Organizer.
ARTICLE 8 –CONDITIONS FOR THE VALIDITY OF PARTICIPATION
Participants must provide accurate and complete information when participating in the Sweepstakes. Participants recognize and accept that the information provided will serve as proof of their identity and participants are fully responsible for their accuracy.
Participants agree to allow verification of their identity and all information submitted as part of their participation in the Sweepstakes. Incomplete or false information transmitted by the participant will not be taken into account and will result in his/her disqualification, without prejudice to any legal action the Organizer may take against the offending participant.
Participants may not use someone else’s name, pseudonym, or email address, or anything that infringes on the rights of third parties.
The Organizer accepts no responsibility for a participant using a name or sign that impersonates someone else or infringes on any property right.
Any entry that is incomplete, illegible, altered, forged, fraudulent, or submitted after the deadline, or that does not comply with these Official Rules, will be considered void.
Any breach of the Official Rules or any form of fraud or attempt to cheat, whatever the methods used, will result in automatic disqualification of its author.
ARTICLE 9 – MODIFICATION OF SWEEPSTAKES DATES AND PRIZE ALLOCATION
The Organizer cannot be held responsible if, due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the Sweepstakes must be canceled. The Organizer reserves the right to extend, shorten, reschedule, or modify the participation period or Official Rules without incurring liability.
Addendums or amendments may be published during the Sweepstakes and will be considered as official annexes to these Official Rules. Any change will be communicated beforehand by appropriate means following official filing with the bailiff’s office.
ARTICLE 10 – COMPLIANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL RULES
Only entries that comply with these Official Rules will be accepted.
Participants are prohibited from using any process of any kind or nature whatsoever that could interfere with or alter the normal operation of the Sweepstakes or that would contravene the Official Rules.
The Organizer may carry out control operations at any time to ensure compliance with these Official Rules by any participant.
Any participant found guilty of fraud, attempted fraud, abuse, or any action that violates these Official Rules will be disqualified and will forfeit any right to the prize.
The Organizer also reserves the right to take legal action against any person who violates these Official Rules or interferes with the Sweepstakes.
In the event of fraud or attempted fraud, the Organizer may cancel, shorten, reschedule, or modify the Sweepstakes conditions at any time, without prior notice and without incurring liability, in accordance with Article 11.
ARTICLE 11 – RESPONSIBILITY
Participation in the Sweepstakes implies that participants are aware of and accept the characteristics and limitations of the internet network, including its functional characteristics and technical performance; issues related to connection or access to the internet and/or websites; network availability and congestion; failure or saturation of networks; transmission time issues, access to online information, response times for displaying, consulting, querying, or transferring data; risks of interruption; lack of protection for certain data against theft or hacking; and the risk of virus contamination circulating on said networks. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for such issues.
The Organizer cannot be held responsible for:
failures, errors, interruptions, delays in operation or data transmission, communication failures, loss, deterioration, destruction, erasure, deletion, theft, unauthorized access, or modification of data;
technical problems preventing correct message delivery, non-delivery of emails;
sending messages and/or data to a wrong, incorrect, or incomplete address;
if the participation data does not reach the Organizer for any reason, or if the data is unreadable or impossible to process;
if one or more participants cannot access the Sweepstakes for any reason;
if a participant is unable to participate in the Sweepstakes and/or if their participation is not registered;
if, for any reason whatsoever, the internet connection of the participant is interrupted and if his/her participation in the Sweepstakes has not been taken into account ;
server maintenance or technical issues related to the Sweepstakes, telephone network, or other connections.
Moreover, the Organizer disclaims any responsibility for misuse of the terminal (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) and/or incidents related to the terminal, internet access, telephone lines, or any other technical incident before or after participation in the Sweepstakes. The Organizer cannot be held liable for any damage of any kind caused to the participants, their terminals, their computer or phone equipment, or the data stored there, nor for any consequences on their personal, professional, or business activities arising from a connection to the Sweepstakes' site.
It is the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computing and telecommunication devices against any external threats and/or attacks. The Internet connection of any person and participation in the Sweepstakes is made under their sole, unique, and full responsibility.
The Organizer reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice or information to participants, to cancel, shorten, extend, postpone, or modify the Sweepstakes’ conditions, particularly in the event of a force majeure occurrence or an unforeseen circumstance, a malfunction caused by, among others, a computer virus, a technical failure, a bug, an unauthorized external intervention or intrusion into the computer system, fraud or attempted fraud, including the use of a bot to multiply participation in the Sweepstakes, or in the case of an event outside the control of the Organizer that affects or compromises the proper management, security, fairness, participation process, and/or winner selection process of the Sweepstakes, without the Organizer being held responsible.
Furthermore, the Organizer may, without being held responsible, cancel the Sweepstakes in the event of obvious fraud, in any form, and particularly in the computer process for participating in the Sweepstakes or selecting winners. If the Organizer enforces these provisions, the author of the fraud or attempted fraud will be immediately disqualified and his/her participation in the Sweepstakes will be canceled. He/She will lose all rights to the prize.
In any case, the Organizer reserves the right to pursue, by all means, any authors of such frauds. In general, no compensation or counterpart of any kind will be due to participants in the event of the cancellation of the Sweepstakes and/or modifications to the participation conditions and/or designation of winners.
ARTICLE 12 – ADVERTISING/IMAGE RIGHTS OF WINNERS
Each winner expressly authorizes the Organizer to use his/her name, first name(s), city, and department of residence in any communication related to the Sweepstakes, on any medium (internet, press, posters, printed materials, etc.), published worldwide, for a period of six (6) months from the date of the Sweepstakes' random draw that designates him/her as the winner, without this usage granting any remuneration, right, or benefit other than the award of the prize won.
However, this right is not an obligation for the Organizer.
ARTICLE 13 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, LITERARY AND ARTISTIC RIGHTS
The images used on the Sweepstakes website, the objects represented, the trademarks and commercial names mentioned, the graphic, computer elements, and databases comprising the Sweepstakes website are the exclusive property of their respective holders and may not be extracted, reproduced, or used without their written authorization, under penalty of civil and/or criminal prosecution.
ARTICLE 14 – PERSONAL DATA
As part of the Sweepstakes, the Organizer is required to collect and process participants' personal data for the purpose of organizing and managing the Sweepstakes, including the selection of winners by random draw and the awarding of their prizes, based on their consent. The collected data includes: email address.
The data provided by participants, including their survey responses, may be shared with the Organizer, WEC and Circuit of The Americas (COTA), as well as their respective internal services, technical service providers and business partners, exclusively for the purposes outlined above.
The processing of participants’ personal data and survey responses is subject to the applicable privacy policies of WEC, available at https://www.fiawec.com/en/page/privacy-policy, and of Circuit of The Americas (COTA), available at https://circuitoftheamericas.com/privacy-policy/, links to which will be provided to participants in the survey invitation email and on the survey landing page.
Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to carry out the Sweepstakes and award the prizes to winners, plus the applicable legal retention periods.
In accordance with data protection regulations, participants have the following rights over their data: (i) access, (ii) correction, (iii) deletion, (iv) restriction, and (v) portability to a third-party service provider, if applicable. They can also object to the processing of their data at any time. They can exercise their rights by contacting the Organizer by mail at CIRCUIT DES 24 HEURES F-72019 LE MANS CEDEX 2, FRANCE, or by email at dpo@lmem.com. In case of a dispute, they also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
ARTICLE 15 – JURISDICTION AND INTERPRETATION OF THE OFFICIAL RULES
These Official Rules are governed by French law.
Participation in this Sweepstakes implies the unconditional acceptance of (i) these Official Rules in all their provisions, (ii) the ethical rules in force on the Internet (netiquette, code of conduct, etc.), as well as (iii) the laws and regulations in force in France, particularly those applicable to promotional lotteries and sweepstakes. No requests will be answered regardingthe interpretation or application of these Official Rules, the mechanisms, or modalities of the Sweepstakes, as well as the list of winners.
In case of a dispute, only a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent within a maximum of 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes will be admissible. Except in the case of manifest errors, the information resulting from the Organizer's Sweepstakes systems will have probative value in any dispute concerning the connection elements and the processing of the data related to the Sweepstakes.
Before taking any legal action related to or regarding the present Official Rules (especially their application or interpretation), participants agree to first attempt an amicable settlement with the Organizer.
Participants are subject to the French regulations applicable to promotional lotteries and sweepstakes. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts where the Organizer's headquarters is located, unless public order provisions dictate otherwise.
