The #17 Porsche of Timo Bernhard/Mark Webber and Brendon Hartley will start from pole position for tomorrows 6 Hours of Spa, the second round of the 2015 WEC. The German marque will start a brillaint 1-2-3 for tomorrow's race.
After a dramatic and closely fought 25-minute session held in sunny but cool conditions the fastest ever WEC lap time was smashed out of sight by the spectacular LMP1 machines.
Claiming pole in LMP2 once again was the #26 G-Drive Racing driven by Roman Rusinov, Sam Bird and Julien Canal.
The LMGTE classes’ saw the #99 Aston Martin Racing Vantage V8 and the #98 Aston Martin claimed the best average time to claim the LMGTE Pro and LMGTE am class top positions respectively.
