Toyota Gazoo Racing's Kazuki Nakajima and Anthony Davidson went for a trip up the 25-story Observation Tower at the Circuit of the Americas to take in the breath-taking view of the circuit, the Central Texas countryside and the Austin skyline.
The drivers of the no1 Toyota Racing TS040 hybrid used the opportunity to talk through some of the 20 corners on the 3.4 miles track that were situated 250 feet (77m) below them while the Porsche GT3 Cup cars were on track for their second practice session.
