It’s race day at Le Mans!

It's the big day! The 89th 24 Hours of Le Mans, round four of the 2021 FIA WEC, will get underway at 16h00 CEST.

Ferrari President John Elkann will fly the French flag to signify the start of today’s race. The 61 teams competing took advantage of a 15 minute warm-up this morning to make sure the cars are performing well and to make adjustments as needed relative to the weather.

Toyota Gazoo Racing will start on pole today in the No. 8 Toyota GR010 Hybrid Hypercar with Sebastien Buemi at the wheel to begin with.

13:25 – 13:40 Parades, track activities, hot laps
13:45 – 14:00 Pit walk and competitors placed on starting grid
14:00 – 15:00 Grid walk
14:45 – 15:05 Track lap for officials
15:30                 Official ceremony
15:51                 Formation lap
16:00                 89th 24 Hours of Le Mans start
