Team Project 1 unveils special Le Mans Art Car livery
Team Project 1 has today revealed its livery for this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans, with a unique design by American contemporary artist Richard Phillips.
The No. 56 Porsche 911 RSR belonging to Jörg Bergmeister, Patrick Lindsey and Egidio Perfetti will field the new livery for the WEC Super Finale, where the trio currently lead the LMGTE Am category by a healthy 23 points.
“Art Cars have a long history in Le Mans and this stunning design continues the story” explains Team Manager, Axel Funke. “Our first season in the WEC has been a special one for all of us and we’re all the more excited about presenting our fans and partners with another highlight for the most important race of the year.”
The 87th edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans gets underway two weeks today (Saturday 15 June).
