TF Sport confirms Sorensen and Latorre in 2022 driver line-up

TF Sport has announced that Denmark’s Marco Sorensen and Frenchman Florian Latorre will join Ben Keating in the team’s 2022 FIA WEC driver line-up.

Aston Martin factory driver Sorensen, has been crowned the LMGTE Pro Champion in WEC on two occasions alongside Nicki Thiim, but now, the renowned ‘Dane Train’ will go head-to- head in the LMGTE Am class, with Thiim teaming-up with AMR’s Paul Dalla Lana.

Silver-graded Latorre has proven his pace in the Porsche Carrera Cup France, claiming five pole positions, an equal amount of fastest laps, eight podiums and a win, in the 2021 season. The 24-year old driver from France made his WEC debut last year at the 24 Hours of Le Mans where he raced with Proton Competition.

Sorensen commented: “It will be great getting back in the Aston with Ben and the whole TF crew. I am sure we will get the job done! I already know all the TF guys really well as I have raced with them before. I am motivated and ready to go!”

The 2022 FIA WEC season gets underway with the 1000 Miles of Sebring (18 March).
