Total Performance Racing take the LMES Pro win at Sebring

Today saw Total Performance Racing win Pro round 4 of the Le Mans Esports Series (LMES) which took place at Sebring, Florida. It is the team’s second win of the season so far and moves the esports team up to third in the overall standings.

Shaun Arnold was in control of the sim and took Total Performance Racing to the finish line ahead of Red Bull Racing.  Red Bull Racing’s runner-up spot, however, sees the team snatch the championship lead from Lazarus Racing as they now lead by 10 points going into the final round.

Fast Racers Forza finished third in Sebring with Virtual Drivers by TX3 fifth and Lazarus Racing rounding out the top six after a thrilling battle with Solar Vision Racing who eventually finished seventh.

Each Pro race features a different car and today’s race at Sebring saw the Pro Teams piloting a Ford Racing GT car.  There are five rounds throughout the season and only one driver from the team can compete at each race. This is the second season of LMES which has an increased prize pool of $200,000.

One more Pro race will follow at Spa-Francorchamps next month (25 April) with the Porsche 911 RSR before the teams and amateur drivers battle it out in the Super Finale at this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans (19-20 September).
