ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER
The contest is organised and fully managed by Wave Agency NV, a company incorporated under Belgian law, with registered office at Alfred Nichelsstraat 14, 9300 Aalst, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0563.764.592 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser" or "Wave Agency"). Wave Agency bears full responsibility for the collection, processing, storage and management of all personal data in connection with this Contest. FIA WEC / LE MANS ENDURANCE MANAGEMENT does not access, receive, process or control any personal data of Participants at any stage of the Contest.
ARTICLE 2 – DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

| Participant | Any natural person who enters the Contest in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. |
| Winner | The Participant selected as the winner in accordance with Article 7 of these Terms and Conditions. |
| Prize | The VIP experience package as described in Article 8. |
| Entry Period | The period during which valid entries may be submitted, as set out in Article 4. |
| GDPR | Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. |
| Personal Data | Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined under the GDPR. |
ARTICLE 3 – SCOPE AND PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Contest. By submitting an entry, each Participant unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
The Contest is designed to promote FIA WEC, engage audiences, and reward fan engagement through a skill-based competition. It does not constitute a game of chance within the meaning of applicable Belgian gaming legislation.
ARTICLE 4 – ENTRY PERIOD
The Contest is open for entries from 03/04 at 9am CET until 19/04 at 11:59pm CET (the "Entry Period").
Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be accepted and shall be automatically disqualified without notice. The Organiser's systems shall serve as the authoritative record of submission timestamps.
The Organiser reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend or terminate the Entry Period at any time, subject to reasonable prior notice where practicable, and without giving rise to any claim for compensation by Participants.
ARTICLE 5 – ELIGIBILITY

Participation in the Contest is open exclusively to natural persons who, at the time of entry:

Each Participant may submit only one (1) entry during the Entry Period. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual – whether via the same or different accounts, email addresses, or devices – shall result in disqualification of all entries from that individual.
ARTICLE 6 – PARTICIPATION PROCESS
To enter the Contest, eligible Participants must, during the Entry Period:
Incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent submissions will be rejected and may result in permanent disqualification. The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any Participant at any time.
ARTICLE 7 – CONTEST MECHANISM AND WINNER SELECTION
7.1 Nature of the Contest
This Contest is skill-based and does not constitute a game of chance. Winner selection is determined solely on the basis of the accuracy of Participants' responses to the contest question.
7.2 Contest Question
The contest question is as follows:
“How many different nationalities were represented by drivers in the official FIA WEC 2025 6 Hours of Spa entry list?”
7.3 Winner Selection Process
The winner shall be selected as follows:
7.4 Audit Trail and Transparency
The Organiser shall maintain a complete audit trail, including: all entry logs with timestamps, participant responses, the selection methodology applied, and the identity of the Winner. This documentation shall be retained for a period of no less than five (5) years and and retained solely by Wave Agency for internal verification and compliance purposes. The Organiser may appoint an independent third party to verify the winner selection process.
ARTICLE 8 – PRIZE
8.1 Prize Description
The Prize consists of one (1) VIP experience package for the Winner and one (1) guest (a "duo"), comprising the following elements at the 2026 TOTALENERGIES 6 HOURS OF SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS event:
The Prize includes accommodation for the Winner and their guest for the duration of the three (3)-day event. Travel to and from the event venue is included.
8.2 Prize Conditions
ARTICLE 9 – ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT
The Winner and their guest are required to be available to attend the event for its full duration of three (3) consecutive days (7-8-9 may). Failure to attend the full duration of the event, without prior written notification to and acceptance by the Organiser, may result in forfeiture of the Prize and the selection of a replacement Winner in accordance with Article 10.
The Winner acknowledges that attendance at the event may involve exposure to inherent risks associated with motorsport activities, as further described in Article 12.
ARTICLE 10 – WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE
The Winner will be notified by the Organiser via the email address provided at registration within a reasonable period following the close of the Entry Period.
The Winner must confirm their acceptance of the Prize, confirm their identity and eligibility, and provide all information reasonably requested by the Organiser, within 5 business days of the notification email being sent (the "Acceptance Deadline").
In the event that the Winner: (i) fails to respond by the Acceptance Deadline; (ii) declines the Prize; (iii) is found to be ineligible; or (iv) fails to satisfy any applicable verification requirements; the Organiser reserves the right to select a replacement Winner from the remaining pool of valid entries, applying the selection criteria set out in Article 7.3. This process may be repeated until a valid Winner has been confirmed. If the organizer is unable to identify any winners who meet all the conditions, then the organiser is released from any liability.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to notify the Winner due to incorrect or outdated contact information provided by the Participant.
Under no circumstances will Participant personal data be shared with FIA WEC, LE MANS ENDURANCE MANAGEMENT, or any affiliated entity.
ARTICLE 11 – IMAGE AND CONTENT RIGHTS
By accepting the Prize, the Winner and their guest unconditionally grant to the Organiser a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, distribute and display their name, image, voice, likeness and any audio-visual content captured during the event (the "Content"), across all media channels now known or hereafter invented, including but not limited to:
No additional compensation shall be payable to the Winner or their guest in connection with any such use. The Winner and their guest waive any moral rights or similar rights they may have in respect of the Content to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
ARTICLE 12 – LIABILITY AND RISK
12.1 Inherent Risks
Participation in the Prize event may involve inherent risks associated with professional motorsport activities, including but not limited to: exposure to high-performance vehicles, loud noise, outdoor conditions, and crowds. By accepting the Prize, the Winner and their guest acknowledge these risks and agree that participation is at their own risk.
Additional liability waivers or health and safety declarations may be required by the event organiser prior to access being granted to certain areas of the event. Failure to execute such waivers may result in restricted access.

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Contest entry data will be deleted or anonymised within 4 weeks following the conclusion of the Contest, unless retention is required by applicable law or for the resolution of disputes.

Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Belgium, this is the Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens / Autorité de protection des données), reachable at www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
14.6 Sub-processors and Third Parties
Wave Agency NV may engage authorised sub-processors to assist in the technical execution of the Contest, including Typeform Inc. for online form hosting. All sub-processors are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. A current list of sub-processors is available from the organiser upon written request.
Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
14.7 No Data Sharing with FIA WEC
Personal data collected in the context of this Contest will not be shared, transferred, disclosed or made accessible to FIA WEC, LE MANS ENDURANCE MANAGEMENT, or any affiliated entities.
All data processing activities remain strictly under the control of Wave Agency NV.
ARTICLE 15 – FRAUD AND DISQUALIFICATION
The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant and void any entry that:
Disqualification may be applied before or after the announcement of the Winner. If the Winner is disqualified after announcement, a replacement Winner will be selected in accordance with Article 10.
ARTICLE 16 – FORCE MAJEURE AND MODIFICATION
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Contest, in whole or in part, in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government orders, technical failures of a systemic nature, or any other force majeure event.
In such circumstances, the Organiser shall not be liable to Participants for any loss, cost or inconvenience suffered. Any material modification to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated via the official Contest channel.
ARTICLE 17 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Contest or these Terms and Conditions – including any dispute as to their existence, validity, breach or termination – shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent, Belgium.
ARTICLE 18 – MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Organiser and each Participant with respect to the Contest and supersede all prior representations, understandings or agreements.
Failure by the Organiser to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of its right to do so at a later time.
