Aston Martin Racing confirms 2020 Le Mans line-up

Aston Martin Racing has announced that Britain’s Harry Tincknell and Richard Westbrook will join the team for this year’s WEC Super Finale, the 24 Hours of Le Mans (13-14 June).

Westbrook will join current LMGTE Pro category leaders Nicki Thiim and Marco Sørensen in the No. 95 Aston Martin Racing Vantage GTE as a third driver for Le Mans. The Englishman is a class winner of the Daytona 24 Hours and the Sebring 12 Hours and has twice stood on the podium at Le Mans.

Accompanying Alex Lynn and Maxime Martin in the No. 97 Vantage will be experienced driver and 2016 ELMS Champion, Tincknell. The British driver was a class winner at Le Mans on his race debut in LMP2 back in 2014 and has already scored multiple wins in the GTE Pro class.

The 88th 24 Hours of Le Mans will take place on 13–14 June and will apply the new Hyperpole qualifying system.
