This weekend there will be plenty of entertainment both on and off the track for the thousands of Chinese fans expected for the 6 Hours of Shanghai. On track the competitors from the FIA World Endurance Championship will be on track for over 10 hours during the three days of the event and in addition there are support races for the Audi R8 LMS Cup, Asian Formula Renault and FASC Super GT (Boss GP) championships.
While there is wall-to-wall entertainment on the circuit, off the track visitors will be spoilt for choice. On Sunday, as well as being able to see their favourite drivers in the Autograph Session at 09:10 in the Fan Area and walk in the pitlane to have a closer look at the cars that will compete later in the day, visitors to the 6 Hours of Shanghai will be able to try their skills behind the wheel of a race car on the FIA WEC Simulator, try the FIA WEC App on the iPad module and have their photograph taken in the FIA WEC Photobooth. In addition there will be exhibitions from Audi, Porsche and Michelin and much more besides.
As if all of this isn't enough there will be live music with eight bands performing on the stage in the Fan Area from 11:30 until 18:20. The artists are The Flyx, Tian Bo, Dream Band, Xu Nuo, Smoking Area, Zhi Xi, He Jie and Huang Zheng.
