G-Drive Racing's No.26 Morgan-Nissan has enjoyed the best possible start to its bid for LMP2 title glory by winning the first two rounds of the 2014 FIA World Endurance Championship.
Driven by Julien Canal, Olivier Pla and Roman Rusinov, the G-Drive Racing car will be in the Sarthe on Sunday 1st June for the 24 Hours of Le Mans test day.
The team’s presence will be reinforced by the entry of a second car wearing the now-famous black and orange colours. G-Drive Racing has renewed its confidence in constructor Onroak Automotive and the OAK Racing team by entering the new Ligier JS P2 which is also powered by a Nissan engine and shod with Dunlop tyres.
Thus OAK Racing has entered under the “G-Drive Racing by OAK Racing” banner the No.35 Ligier JS P2-Nissan, which will be driven in the Sarthe by Alex Brundle and two young winners of the Nissan GT Academy Jann Mardenborough of Britain and Russian Mark Shulzhitskiy.
