Ginetta LMP1 team offers unique access for fans!

Team LNT, which will campaign a pair of Ginetta G60-LT-P1 AER LMP1 cars for FIA WEC Season 8, will offer unique access to the team’s garage for fans throughout the season, starting from round 1 at Silverstone next week (30 August-1 September).

The team will offer race-going fans the chance to win ‘Orange Ticket’ access, entirely free of charge for each race. They’ll be welcomed by Team LNT for a guided tour of the garage and car, with goody bags whilst they watch the team going through their paces.

Fans will have a chance to talk directly to the team, the car’s designers, engineers and drivers. Some of the WEC’s most loyal fans will be represented on the two Ginettas too with a ‘fanzone’ section of bodywork given over to the logos of some of the most active social media groups supporting the WEC.

Team LNT owner and Ginetta Cars Chairman Lawrence Tomlinson explained: “There will be garage tours every day of every race weekend, where real fans can see what’s going on with the preparation of the two Ginettas. We’ll also be giving over a section of our bodywork to fans too - Silverstone will see the first of a number of social media groups which support the WEC represented on the cars, and there will be competitions throughout the season to get even closer to some Ginetta action!”

FIA WEC CEO Gérard Neveu welcomed the Team LNT Ginetta initiative: “We are delighted that Team LNT and Ginetta have decided to offer such unique access to their team to the fans, a great bonus to the range of free entertainments already on offer from the WEC. It’s a great way to show them that their enthusiasm is both very welcome and very much valued.”
