Despite not having been able to complete a full flying lap in either practice or qualifying, the No.13 Rebellion R-One Toyota, which is driven by Andrea Belicchi-Fabio Leimer-Dominik Kraihamer, has been given dispensation to compete by the stewards, and will start from the pit lane after the rest of the field had completed one racing lap.
