Revised entry list for 6 Hours of Monza

A revised entry list for the upcoming 6 Hours of Monza – round three of FIA WEC Season 9 – has now been released.

The latest version of the entry list for the event which takes place from 16 – 18 July can be viewed HERE.

The main change to the latest list is that American-flagged Hypercar entry Glickenhaus Racing has confirmed its line-up of drivers that will compete in its two Glickenhaus 007 Le Mans Hypercars.

In the No. 709 car, Frenchman Franck Mailleux will compete alongside Romain Dumas and Richard Westbrook. Ryan Briscoe – who raced for the team at the previous round in Portimao – will sit this event out.

Meanwhile, in the sister No. 708 car, Pipo Derani (Brazil), Olivier Pla (France) and Gustavo Menezes (USA) have been listed to drive in Monza. The driver shuffle will allow all of the team’s drivers valuable seat-time ahead of the gruelling 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Elsewhere, LMGTE Am team Kessel Racing and its Ferrari 488 GTE Evo will no longer compete at Monza due to travel COVID-19 logistical related issues.

In LMP2, ARC Bratislava has confirmed that Silver driver Matej Konopka will compete in the No. 44 Ligier JSP217 Gibson entry.

Finally, the No. 61 AF Corse entry has added Finland’s Toni Vilander to its line-up of drivers that will compete in the Ferrari 488 GTE Evo in Italy.
