Scrutineering marks the start of Le Mans week

Today, Sunday 10 June at 14:00, the first of the 60 entrants for the 86th edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, will undergo the mandatory pre-race checks.

While the machines are submitted to intense scrutiny, drivers present their licences and racing kit before posing for a team photograph and then answering questions from the media.

Among the WEC competitors to pass through Scrutineering today are Jackie Chan DC Racing (LMP2), CEFC TRSM Racing (LMP1), MR Racing (LMGTE Am), Spirit of Race (LMGTE Am), Larbre Competition (LMP2), Signatech Alpine Matmut (LMP2), SMP Racing (LMP1), Dempsey Proton Racing (LMGTE Am) and ByKolles Racing Team (LMP1).
