One month to go until Spa and the WEC returns to racing!

In just one month’s time, the FIA WEC teams will return to the race track for the TOTAL 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps, which gets underway in Belgium behind closed doors from 13-15 August.

It will mark the first time that the WEC has raced competitively since the Circuit of the Americas (CoTA) in Texas, USA, back in February.  Round 6 of the season, Spa will run the traditional dress rehearsal for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, now set to take place as the penultimate event of Season 8 on the rescheduled date of 19-20 September.

The LMP and GTE cars will battle it out on the epic race circuit known for the likes of La Source, the Kemmel Straight and of course the legendary Eau Rouge and Raidillon section with all the action streamed live via the official FIA WEC app. Britcar Endurance and Aston Martin Masters Endurance Legends will also be present in Belgium as support categories for the WEC.

The full entry list will be released in the upcoming days, and the provisional timetable for the event can be viewed HERE.
