Under a leaden sky and temperatures more like winter than spring, the first free practice session of the 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps, the second round of the FIA World Endurance Championship began at 11:45 this morning. After the traditional briefing of team managers and drivers, competitors were ready to launch from the pit lane.
Drivers have 90 minutes, to become familiar with the layout of Spa, and begin to define the settings with their engineers for the race to be held Saturday.
