As in 2010 and 2011, the administrative checks and scrutineering will take place on Sunday and Monday before the race. Spectators always arrive in large numbers to see cars and drivers up close and it's a unique opportunity to approach the teams in a low pressure atmosphere.
This year, due to construction work in the Place des Jacobins, The Scrutineering for the Le Mans 24 hours, will be in the Place de la Republique. It will begin on Sunday 10th of June at 14:30 and will continue until 19:00. It will resume on Monday 11th June from 10:00, ending at 18:00.
