Ten full season entry cars in the LMP2 class will make the journey to Le Castellet for The Prologue on the 27/28 March, the official start to the 2015 World Endurance Championship.  The two day event will feature 29 of the 35 full season entries and the LMP2 category will make up the largest group of cars at Circuit Paul Ricard.  On Saturday 28 March the public will be invited to be part of The Prologue; the free entry will also allow fans access to meet the drivers during the lunch time pitwalk and autograph session.

2014 LMP2 Vice-Champion G-Drive Racing is coming back in 2015 with a two-car entry.  Race winners Roman Rusinov and Julien Canal will be joined by Britain’s Sam Bird in the no26 Ligier JS P2-Nissan.  The no28 G-Drive Ligier will be piloted by an all-Latin American crew with 2013 24 Heures du Mans LMP2 winner Ricardo Gonzalez from Mexico being joined by Brazil’s Luis Felipe (Pipo) Derani and Colombian Gustavo Yacaman.

Another all-French entry comes in the form of 2013/2014 European Le Mans Series Champion Signatech Alpine which will be campaigning the Alpine A450B-Nissan on the world stage with an all-French crew of Nelson Panciatici, Paul-Loup Chatin and Vincent Capillaire.

American sportscar team Extreme Speed Motorsports will be bringing both of its Tequila Patron liveried HPD-Hondas to Le Castellet with Scott Sharp and Ed Brown among those in the driving seat.
