Over the past two days the teams are busily unpacking their containers that have arrived by truck at the Shanghai International Circuit. The cars are in the garages or in the pitlane and the fork lift truck drivers are working hard to get the boxes unloaded so their teammates can start building up the garage structures. Once that is done the mechanics and engineers can start to prepare the cars ahead of the 6 hours of Shanghai on Sunday 2 November.
To capture the activity in the paddock a camera was set up to record one frame every three seconds and the 600 images captures were put together into a 55 second timelapse video.
