The personal data collected by Le Mans Endurance Management (LMEM) is processed in order to:

• create, manage, and administer your user account,
• enable you to receive the newsletter of the FIA World Endurance Championship,
• send you, with your consent, our communications and promotional offers,
• ensure the tracking and management of your communication preferences.

The legal basis for processing is your consent and the necessity to create an account to access the newsletter subscription service.
Your data is retained for the duration of your account activity and up to three years after your last interaction, unless otherwise required by law.

Access your data, rectify your data, erase your data, data portability, restrict processing, and object to the use of your data.
