Toyota Racing's Sébastien Buemi, Ryō Hirakawa and Brendon Hartley take the Drivers' crown at Monza….
Sebastien Buemi, Ryo Hirakawa and Brendon Hartley celebrated winning the 2026 FIA World Endurance Championship drivers title at Monza today, to add to Toyota’s already captured manufacturers crown.
The Toyota Racing trio finished a challenging race for the Japanese manufacturer in 11th position but three wins at Imola, Fuji and Barcelona ensured that they claimed a well-deserved title – Buemi’s fifth, Hartley’s fourth and Hirakawa’s third.
While Toyota celebrated their title achievement, Cadillac toasted its first victory of the season as Jack Aitken, Sebastien Bourdais and Earl Bamber swept to a fine win in the #38 Cadillac Hertz Team Jota Hypercar.
They beat the #36 Alpine A424 of Victor Martins and Jules Gounon, as the French manufacturer finished its WEC programme on a high.
Third position as claimed by the #007 Aston Martin Valkyrie, which took its first ever podium position.
The LMGT3 win in the 6 Hours of Monza was taken by Richard Lietz, Riccardo Pera and Yasser Shahin in the #92 The Bend Manthey Porsche.
But while Porsche celebrated back-to-back WEC wins, it was unable to get a hat-trick of category titles as TF Sport secured both the teams and drivers titles, with Jonny Edgar becoming the first sole champion since 2015.
