There will be something for the whole family to enjoy this weekend at the Bahrain International Circuit with a full entertainment programme at the 6 Hours of Bahrain on Saturday 15 November.
The colourful package of entertainment includes stage shows, roaming performers, an interactive play area and much more, and has been put together for everyone’s enjoyment at “The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East”.
The highlight of the off track entertainment will be a live performance by multi-award winning Egyptian artist Tamer Hosny. The live show will take place on Saturday at 9pm on the Main Stage behind the Main Grandstand.
Also slated to thrill fans on Race Day will be a breath-taking stunt show performed by world-renowned Red Bull athletes Abdo Feghali and Jokke Sommer. The drift and wingsuit dual stunt is set to feature Feghali showcasing his drifting skills and Sommer skydiving from 5,000 feet. The stunt will be performed at 2pm at the start line.
One of the other attractions will be a children’s novelty show, which will include singing and dancing and lots of audience participation. There will be something for everyone in these performances, as the group will be showcasing all-time favourites such as Cinderella, Animal Crackers Party Time and Dazzling Disney Show.
There will also be several roaming acts engaging personally with fans throughout the day along the circuit’s vending area. Such performers include the Freaks Acrobatic Show with their breathtaking gymnastics stunts and awe-inspiring acrobatic moves, Les Dudes who will be putting on their very own act of high energy circus tricks coupled with funny comedy, and the Voodoo Unicycles team who are the world’s premier extreme unicycling display squad.
To add to that, there will also be the Joker Stilt Walkers who are a unique, playful and colourful bunch who have been BIC regulars on major occasions such as the Six Hours of Bahrain.
Furthermore, BIC has set aside an exclusive play area mainly for children, and this location features many activities and rides, including a whale carousel, miniature train ride, bouncy castle, a soft play area, a human gyro, face painting and spray tattoos, and a toy station.
All this is in addition to the on track entertainment provided by the FIA World Endurance Championship, the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge and the MRF Championship. There is something for people of all ages attending this weekend’s 6 Hours of Bahrain.
