Final Spa-Francorchamps entry list unveiled

The latest version of the entry list for the upcoming TOTAL 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps (29 April – 1 May), round one of FIA WEC, has been revealed.

In LMP2, US-based team PR1 Motorsports has confirmed Frenchman Gabriel Aubry and Switzerland’s Simmon Trummer will join American Patrick Kelly in the Oreca 07 Gibson.

Elsewhere, Team Project 1 has enlisted the help of Riccardo Pera who will join Matteo Cairoli and Egidio Perfetti in the No. 56 Porsche 911 RSR 19. Meanwhile, in the No. 46 sister car will be fellow Norwegians Dennis Olsen and Anders Buchardt with the third driver to be confirmed.

The No. 88 Dempsey-Proton Porsche 911 RSR-19 has seen a full driver line-up change with its trio now confirmed as Indonesia’s Andrew Haryanto, Germany’s Marco Seefried and Belgium’s Alessio Picariello.  

Picariello will be the second Belgian driver to compete in his homeland, joining his fellow countryman Stoffel Vandoorne who will pilot the No. 28 JOTA car.
