Antonio Fuoco claimed the final 2026 FIA WEC pole position for Ferrari AF Corse after setting a phenomenal Hypercar Hyperpole session time of 1m33.364s.

That effort eclipsed the #19 Genesis Magma Racing car driven by Mathieu Jaminet by just 0.096s.

Fuoco in the #50 Ferrari AF Corse 499P also topped the earlier qualifying times with a 1m33.440s lap in the session that selected the top ten contestants for the Hyperpole session.

Pole position fell to the #78 Akkodis ASP Lexus team as Hadrien David set a 1m47.523s lap to the top spot for tomorrow’s final round of the 2026 FIA World Endurance Championship at Monza.

Joining the Lexus on the front row of the grid will be the #33 TF Sport Corvette as Jonny Edgar, who put himself in to a strong position to become the first sole winner of a WEC drivers championship since 2015. Edgar’s time s a tiny 0.014s off David’s peak lap.

Heading the prior qualifying session ahead of Hypercar was Peter Dempsey in the #34 Racing Team Turkey Corvette he shares with Charlie Eastwood and Salih Yoluc. The Irishman ended the session on a best lap of 1m48.440s.
