The teams have all arrived, the paddock has taken shape, and preparations are in full swing ready for the 6 Hours of Nürburgring.
There is just one day to go before track action starts, when the 33 FIA World Endurance Championship cars take to the track for the first 90 minutes of free practice (Friday, 22 July from 12h00 to 13h30). The second WEC free practice session will take place from 16h30 to 18h00.
With the LMP1 cars from Toyota, Porsche and Audi featuring new high downforce aero packages, who will end up at the top of the timing sheets? And will the revised Balance of Performance (see story here) favour Ford’s competitors from Aston Martin, Ferrari and Porsche?
